UNIFI BIZ Package

IMPORTANT NOTE ON UNIFI INSTALLATION FEES:

FREE installation only covers the standard installation. ( 15 meter cable )

Non Standard installation is when:

1. The installation requires extra cable length (additional cable used shall be chargeable)
2. The cable route is either over the ceiling, wall concealed or any other way as opposed to the standard installation.

Any installation beyond the standard installation will be charged separately as quoted by the installer, and is to be paid directly on the installation day to the installer. Please be informed that the cost will be around RM50 for every 5 meter exceeding the standard 15 meters included in the FREE installation.

Minimal drilling at your premise may be required. However, if the cable route is over the ceiling, wall, concealed or any other than standard white plastic casing, the installer will charge based on the length and the FREE 15 meter will no longer apply. Expect to pay around RM10 – RM15 per meter and feel free to negotiate with the installer for the best deal.

6. The wired connection (RJ45 cable) from your desktop PC/laptop to the RG/BG* will ensure that you get OPTIMUM high speed Internet access connectivity.

* Please note once again, the wired connection (RJ 45) cable that is connecte from your desktop PC or laptop to the RG/BG still offers the best Internet bandwidth access connectivity speed.

* TM’s UniFi high speed broadband service brings you the world of Video, Internet and Phone for your enjoyment. For easy reference, the packages you see here are termed “V” for Video,“I”for Internet and“P”for Phone, while numbers indicate the download speeds.

STREAMYX Blockbuster Deal : PERSONAL USAGE

• Free Activation and installation are for Blockbuster packages only, not applicable to the normal basic packages 
• FREE fixed monthly rental of RM25

Blockbuster RM110, RM130 and RM140 packages are with:

• FREE Wireless Modem - 1 year warranty
• FREE cordless phone (to self collect from any TM Point 1 month later) 
• FREE unlimited calls to all TM fixed lines within whole Malaysia 10 cents per minute calling Non TM fixed lines & all mobile lines
• Applicable to existing fixed line owner and also new fixed line applicants
• The contract is 1 year. Customer needs to pay penalty RM350 if terminates within 1 year. After 1 year, the customer may continue or terminate.

Blockbuster RM60 and RM90 packages are with:

• FREE Wireless Modem - 1 year warranty
• The contract is 1 year. Customer needs to pay penalty RM350 if terminates within 1 year. After 1 year, the customer may continue or terminate.
• NOT including free unlimited calls. However, you may request for it by paying additional RM10, RM60 + RM10 = RM70. Monthly will be RM70 or RM100.
• If you wish to add RM10 for unlimited calls, you MUST inform us or put it in the additional remark. 

NOTE: Please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

• This site is especially for new streamyx registration only
•  If you are already a streamyx user, and would like to upgrade or downgrade, you must do it at the nearest TM Point. 
• For customers with existing fixed line, if the streamyx applicant is the owner of the phone line, the application will be processed immediately. 
• If the applicant is not the phone owner, please email to streamyxnunifi@gmail.com applicant's IC copy to prove the identity.
• Once you apply Streamyx Blockbuster packages, you no longer need to pay the RM25 fixed line rental anymore, all you pay monthly is 1 Price, eg. RM60.
• For new phone line application, you are required to email a copy of your IC to streamyxnunifi@gmail.com. 
• You will need to pay in the first bill the standard charges of RM75 for deposit and RM10 for stamp duty. If you are applying for basic packages (not any of the blockbuster packages) you will need to pay additional RM50 for phone line activation.
• NOTE: the deposit for phone line application for non-Malaysian is RM1,075. 
• RM30 cash to be paid to the TM contractor for installing the phone. If additional wiring is needed, the charges will be RM50 or more.
